Madagascar cacao harvest 2022The cacao we offer from our region grows in an area of about six hectares, among clove, turmeric, pepper, makoba, mango, star fruit, guyabano, banana, cola, guava, vanilla and more. The three cacao varieties, Forastero, Trinitario and Criollo, all grow together in a naturally organic polyculture environment.
The taste of the sunroasted beans is comparable to 100% chocolate without bitterness, ideal for consumption as a tasty and healthy snack or to be used by pastry chefs and bean-to-bar craft chocolate makers.
