Moringa powder

The Moringa Tree, often referred to as the "Tree of Life", The Miracle Tree", "The Wonder Tree" and for good reason: Moringa is reputed to prevent and cure hundreds of diseases. In north of Madgascar, Moringa is known as Anamorongo while elsewhere in the country it's best known as Ananambo.

Moringa is an integral part of the traditional Malagasy cuisine. The leaves of Moringa cooked or consumed fresh and mixed with rice and meat dishes becomes a kind of savory, sometimes in a traditional Malagasy Romazava. Moringa's nutritional values are best retained when uncooked.

Reputably one of the most nutritional plants on the planet, regular consumption boasts countless health benefits including enhanced learning and memory function. Moringa contains Omega 3, 6 and 9, vitamin A and C as well as potassium.

The leaves and stalks of the branches, which are edible by themselves, have a subtle bitter and grass-like taste. Moringa powder, produced from the outer branches and leaves of the tree, can be sprinkled onto salads and vegetables, mixed with breakfast cereals, blended into fruit juices, smoothies, teas etc.
